What can I say?? :) It's perfect! White against bright colors... I can't wait to see the "real" painting. For me these "experiments" are "real" enough by the way :)
Thank you very much, Yasemin. I don't know yet, what the "real" painting will be. Just felt that I needed some practice in handling complex subjects before starting on a few larger pieces.
Love these both Mineke, but especially 'Every house tells a Story'. You leave me stunned every time you produce paintings like these, and in watercolour, nogal.
Beautiful--it's such a glorious painting with the light and shadows, but I really like the abstract quality here, too.
Hi Liz. I think watercolor is especially suited to a subject like "Every house has its story". Your response and a few others have encouraged me to try more along these lines. Thank you.
Thanks, Sue. I'm very much inspired by the "real world" generally, but the colors and patterns in this scene made me see it in a more abstract way. I'm glad you like it.
Mineke, tres belle aquarelle! Les couleurs et la lumiere sont magnifiques.
Salutations, Joshemari
Merci beaucoup comme toujours, Joshemari. Salutations.
